methods we offer. Any actions taken based on our services are solely at the client’s risk, and
Go4Trend Pte. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages.
Terms of Use
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship
between the Client ("the Client") and Go4Trend Pte. Ltd. ("Go4Trend"). These terms
apply to all services provided by Go4Trend, including business consulting, marketing,
logo and graphic design, website development, and digital marketing.
The Client can be any natural or legal person. Any terms and conditions from the Client will
only apply if expressly accepted by Go4Trend in writing.
2. Services Provided by Go4Trend Pte. Ltd.
Go4Trend provides services based on separate agreements or orders from the client
("the order"). While we commit to delivering services according to the agreed
specifications, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
A contract between Go4Trend and the client becomes binding once Go4Trend confirms the
order in writing or electronically.
Go4Trend may involve third-party professionals (e.g., graphic designers, web developers,
consultants) to fulfill the order without requiring prior consent from the client, unless
otherwise agreed.
Go4Trend is not obligated to provide services until any outstanding payments have been
settled by the client.
3. Client’s Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required for the
completion of services. This includes, but is not limited to, business details, branding
guidelines, creative briefs, and website content.
The client guarantees the accuracy of the provided information and ensures it does not
infringe on any third-party rights. In the event of legal issues, the client will indemnify and
hold Go4Trend harmless.
4. Communication
The primary communication method will be electronic, preferably via email. Both
parties must maintain up-to-date contact information, including email addresses and
phone numbers.
By providing an email address, the client agrees that Go4Trend may send order-related
communications via email without additional security measures, unless encryption or other
methods are specifically requested by the client.
The client acknowledges the risks of email communication, such as viruses or unauthorized
access, and agrees to take appropriate security measures.
5. Cooperation Obligation
The client agrees to cooperate with Go4Trend in good faith to ensure the successful
completion of the order. This includes providing timely access to necessary
resources, approving designs and content, and responding promptly to requests from
Go4Trend. The client guarantees ownership of all content provided and ensures its
use does not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Changes to the Order
If the client requests changes to the order or unforeseen circumstances arise,
Go4Trend will make adjustments within reason, considering the scope, resources,
and timeline. Such changes may lead to adjustments in pricing, scheduling, and
deliverables.
If Go4Trend identifies the need for a change, the client will be notified promptly, and
necessary modifications will be made upon mutual agreement. Services will be paused until
an agreement is reached, unless immediate action is required.
7. Contract Duration and Termination
a. The contract duration for services like business consulting, marketing campaigns,
and branding (logo/graphic design and website development) will be agreed upon in
writing.
b. For one-time services, such as logo design or website development, the contract
ends upon completion and delivery of the final product.
c. Either party may terminate the contract with 2 weeks' written notice.
d. The contract may be terminated without notice for cause, such as failure to meet
payment obligations or breach of terms.
e. A 30% cancellation fee applies if the client terminates the contract before services
begin. If the contract is terminated after services have started, the full amount is due.
f. Go4Trend reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client breaches their
obligations, such as failing to provide necessary materials or not making payments on
time.
8. Compensation
The client agrees to pay Go4Trend the agreed compensation for services rendered.
Payment terms are outlined in the order agreement.
For ongoing services, such as marketing campaigns or business consulting, Go4Trend may
require advance payments or retainers.
In case of contract termination after services have been rendered, the client is responsible
for payment for all work completed up to that point.
9. Price Changes
Go4Trend reserves the right to adjust prices annually. Clients will be notified of any
price increase at least 30 days before the new rates apply. If the client disagrees with
the price change, they may terminate the contract with 2 weeks' notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
The client must review all work upon delivery and notify Go4Trend immediately of any
discrepancies. Failure to do so within a reasonable time will be considered
acceptance of the work.
Go4Trend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific
service causing the issue.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive
information shared during the collaboration. This obligation remains even after the
termination of the business relationship.
12. Data Processing
Go4Trend will process any personal data provided by the client in compliance with
applicable privacy laws and regulations. This data will only be used to fulfill the
contract and may be shared with third-party contractors when necessary to complete
the services.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held responsible for failure to perform their obligations due to
unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or
changes in law that make fulfillment impossible.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the city state of Singapore. Any disputes
arising from these terms will be handled by the courts of Singapore.
15. General Provisions
Any changes to these terms require written consent from both parties. If any provision
is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain in
effect.
